W związku z zamiarem zorganizowania przez Wydział Prawa i Administracji UWM w Olsztynie w porozumieniu w British Legal Centre Szkoły Prawa Brytyjskiego i Prawa Unii Europejskiej zachęcamy Państwa do zgłaszania uczestnictwa w tych studiach. Czas trwania studiów wynosi dwa lata i kończy się uzyskaniem Dyplomu „An Introduction to English and European Union Law”. Studia są odpłatne, a ich koszt w skali roku wynosi 525 Euro dla Studentów Uniwersytetu Warmińsko-Mazurskiego w Olsztynie, a dla pozostałych Osób 675 Euro. Kwota ta obejmuje oprócz wykładów i ćwiczeń z prawa brytyjskiego oraz prawa Unii Europejskiej prowadzonych w języku angielskim przez brytyjskich wykładowców także wszelkie materiały niezbędne w toku studiów.
Zajęcia będą miały charakter stacjonarny; spotkanie będą odbywały się w dni powszednie 1-2 razy w miesiącu.

This module will taught through the Socrates method and will emphasise the structures adopted by the Court of Justice to the European Union and its jurisprudence.

ASSESSMENT
a) In the first year of the course students will be asked to submit written assignments of circa 2000 words in length for each module. The assignments will mainly adopt a problem based structure and will receive comprehensive guidance and feedback from tutors. Assessment will include one practical contract drafting exercise.
b) In the second year of the assessment will be in either assignment form or by written ‘open book’ exams. In addition limited options of pleading drafting and thesis assignments will be offered.
